Amy Blouin founded the Missouri Budget Project in 2003 and serves as its President & CEO. She holds a Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University and a BA in Political Science and Religious Studies from Loras College. Amy previously served as Director of Advocacy for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, worked in government relations for United Way of Greater st. Louis, and has been an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University. With more than 25 years of experience in state tax and fiscal policy, Amy has received regional and statewide recognition, including being named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s Most Influential St. Louisans.
